Books feature up to 10 pages (20 sides); four-color printing on 80# coated, semi-matte paper; black-linen hardcovers with library binding and custom four-color laminated dust jackets. Price: $300. Additional copies are $35 hardcover or $25 softcover (no dust jacket).
